FAQ

What’s the difference between a redesign and a rebuild?

Redesign is visual + UX improvement on the same foundation. Rebuild is when the foundation is the problem (slow, messy structure, plugin bloat, hard to edit, SEO issues). We choose based on risk, budget, and how broken the current setup is.

Will we lose SEO rankings after a redesign?

You can lose them if URLs change randomly, content gets cut, or redirects are ignored. We protect SEO by mapping URLs, keeping or redirecting key pages, preserving on-page structure, and cleaning technical issues instead of introducing new ones.

Can we keep the current content and just improve structure?

Yes, and it’s often the smartest move. We can reorganize pages, rewrite/trim weak sections, add internal linking, and create clearer service/topic clusters without “starting over for the sake of it.”

How do you handle downtime and launch risk?

Staging first, then a controlled switch. Backups, rollback plan, and a checklist for forms, tracking, SEO, and performance. Launches go wrong when people skip boring steps.

What if the current site is Elementor mess — is it still salvageable?

Sometimes. If the content is good and the structure isn’t destroyed, we can refactor templates and components. If it’s 300 unique one-off layouts with 40 plugins, rebuilding is cheaper than “polishing the chaos.”

Can a redesign improve conversions, not just visuals?

That’s the point. We reduce friction: clearer offer, stronger proof, simpler navigation, better CTAs, faster pages, and fewer “what do I do now?” moments.

Do you help with copy and messaging during redesign?

Yes. A redesign without copy cleanup is a half-measure. We can edit what you have, restructure it for clarity, and add FAQs that remove objections — which helps conversion and SEO.

What should I prepare to make the redesign go faster?

Your top 3 goals, your best proof (projects/results/testimonials), and a list of pages you actually need. Most redesign pain comes from trying to keep everything “just in case.”
